Island hopping
The Hebrides are difficult to quantify. Quite aside from the ever changing scenery the islands have an atmosphere that is at once both immediately Scottish and completely at odds with anywhere else in the country. Wet and windy on Lewis
What can I say? In all honesty I’ve probably spent more time driving and drinking coffee in various tourist spots around Lewis than I have taking pictures. It’s not for the want of trying though. I have marched up and down the coast and around a variety of stunning historical sites but to little avail. read more…
